The diplomatic row between Canada and India has intensified with both nations ordering six diplomats to leave in a tit-for-tat move. This action followed Ottawas claims that New Delhi was targeting Indian dissidents on Canadian soil.

Justin Trudeau‚ Canadas Prime Minister specifically linked the six diplomats to the murder of a Sikh separatist leader that happened about a year ago in British Columbia. However‚ Sanjay Kumar Verma‚ Indias envoy to Canada‚ told CTV that Trudeau was relying on intelligence rather than concrete evidence.

“On the basis of intelligence if you want to destroy a relationship‚ be my guest. And thats what he did‚“ Verma said in an interview broadcast recently.
