The victim who lost his life has been identified as Sincere Rowdy, a 17-year-old resident of Euclid. Four other youths, reported to be between 16 and 17 years old, sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment.

Authorities apprehended the suspect at approximately 8:00 PM on September 2, 2024, at a residence in Euclid. The juvenile was subsequently transferred to the Cuyahoga County detention center. In respect for their privacy, the names of the injured teenagers have not been disclosed.

The Euclid City School District released a statement acknowledging that the victims included students from Euclid as well as other local schools. While Sincere Rowdy was not enrolled in the city's school system, the district expressed its condolences, stating, "We mourn the loss of a young life and extend our deepest sympathies to the family and community."
