The former wife of AFL footballer and media personality Billy Brownless has put the modern architect-designed residence on the market with a price tag of $2 million-$2.2 million.
CoreLogic records show she bought the Mercer Pde property for $1.55 million in early 2013.
Ms Brownless has kept a low profile since it was revealed two years ago that she was romantically linked to her ex-husband’s colleague and friend Garry Lyon.
The pair remain a couple and earlier this year stepped out publicly together for the first time in Melbourne.

Lyon recently told the Herald Sun they divided their time between Melbourne, Geelong and a 20ha farm on the Mornington Peninsula.
Ms Brownless’s Newtown house was designed by Geelong’s acclaimed Studio 101 architect Peter Woollard.
It’s listed for sale through Hodges, Geelong West agent Marcus Falconer.
The two-storey residence showcases intelligent modern design with light wells, clever storage solutions and quality finishes such as marble benchtops and polished concrete floors.
It has a large open-plan kitchen, meals and living area facing a landscaped courtyard, a main bedroom suite and study on the entry level.
A second living room is zoned upstairs with the three minor bedrooms and two bathrooms.
