Justin Campbell and his wife exemplify the appeal of South Lake. After welcoming their son last year, the couple transitioned from a rented apartment in Laurel to a townhouse in this burgeoning development. Campbell's decision was influenced by the promise of future amenities and the potential for property value appreciation.

The adjacent Liberty Sports Park, which opened in 2022, features 10 playing fields and is expected to attract over 340,000 visitors annually for various sporting events.
