Ukraine warns of risks if North Korea joins Russian invasion

Ukraines top diplomat sounded the alarm about the possible involvement of North Korean forces in the Russian invasion‚ calling it a “huge“ escalation risk. The statement was made during a joint press conference with his French counterpart in Kyiv on 10/19/24.
