Attorney Tony Buzbee has announced his representation of 120 individuals alleging sexual misconduct against Sean "Diddy" Combs, the renowned hip-hop mogul. This development adds to the legal challenges faced by Combs, who is currently awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
Buzbee detailed that the accusers comprise an equal number of males and females, with 25 reportedly being minors at the time of the alleged incidents. The attorney anticipates filing lawsuits within the next month.
In response to these allegations, Combs' legal representative, Erica Wolff, issued a statement refuting the claims:
"Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."
Combs, 54, has been in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since September 17, 2024, when he pleaded not guilty to federal charges. The accusations allege that he utilized his "power and prestige" to coerce female victims into participating in drug-influenced sexual performances with male sex workers, events reportedly termed "Freak Offs."
