"Many developments have production builders; we have design in house for a personalized home by an upscale architect. We take away all the risk associated with wells and septic, the environmental conditions. It's calculated into the lot price."

Pricing for Falls Farm lots starts at $1.25 million, with custom builds beginning at $3 million. Total costs for house and land are estimated between $4.5 million and $7 million. While there are no strict size requirements, most homes are expected to range from 8,000 to 10,000 square feet.

Great Falls, known for its semi-rural character and strict zoning laws, provides an ideal backdrop for this exclusive development. The area boasts a rich history dating back to the American Revolutionary War period and was primarily rural until the mid-20th century.
