In southern Lebanon two civilians got hurt by Israeli military fire today (its the second day of new peace deal). The shooting happened when some locals tried getting back to restricted areas
The peace agreement — backed by US and France officials — sets up a two-month no-fight period; during this time Hezbollah forces must move their troops north of Litani river while Israeli military needs to go back behind their border line
The deal creates special safety area that will have both:
* Lebanese army patrols
* UN peacekeeping forces
The buffer-zone plan aims to keep distance between opposing sides but already faces early-stage issues with todays incident showing how complex the situation remains on ground-level
