These rocket guys are in charge of Chinas normal and nuclear missiles. Theyʼve been told to make the nuclear stuff better because the U.S. is getting better at stopping missiles seeing whats going on‚ and making friends with other countries
When he was there Xi said they should follow political rules‚ do their job well and make the group better. He didnt use fancy words but he meant business

The army has been cleaning house for about a year. They kicked out some big bosses (even from the rocket group) and some guys who make planes and stuff for the army. Back in June‚ Xi said there were “deep-seated problems“ with how the army thinks and works. He said they need to find the bad guys and get rid of them
