Team Canada's Lawn Bowling team Jordan Koss, 22-year-old Regina Senior Team Member, describes a game far beyond her
"Lawn bowling is much like curling, but played on grass."
Kos said he has been involved in the sport for 15 years. She started when she was 7 years old.

"In my school newsletter that had the ad, my mother called the number listed in the ad to let me know that the elementary school newsletter was promoting senior sports.
"The person she spoke to actually told me that we had a youth program and we should try it. My mother said yes, and she disappointed me. After the first four bowls, I was hooked.

Koss heads to the national competition on Friday in Burlington, Ontario, where she won a gold medal in weightlifting with a record.
He said he enjoys the adrenaline that comes.
"Unfortunately in Canada lawn bowling is only a sport in the spring, summer and fall. Saskatchewan winters are obviously long, so I want to get on the green." Spent the whole winter alone, and as soon as the club opened, go, go, go all the way
