1998: Elected President of the Ontario PC Youth Association.

2000: Elected to the city council of Bally, Ontario.

2003: Re-elected as Barry City Council member.

2006: Selected as Barry's MP.

2015: Selected as the leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservatives.

January 24, 2018: CTV publishes a report on allegations of sexual misconduct and some of Brown's top staff have resigned.

January 25, 2018: Brown has announced that he will resign as a PC leader and focus on fighting his allegations.

February 16, 2018: Vic Fedeli, leader of the Interim Progressive Conservative Party, states that Brown has been kicked out of the caucuses. Brown will be competing in a new PC leadership race at the very end of his life.

February 26: Brown withdraws from the PC Leadership Race.

July 3: Brown announces his candidacy for regional chair of the Peel region.

July 27: Prime Minister Dougford has announced the cancellation of the election for the regional chairman of Peel. Brown has announced a bid for the mayor of Brampton, Ontario.

October 22nd. Brown was elected mayor of Brampton.

March 13, 2022: Brown begins bidding to become the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.

July 5, 2022: The Conservative Party of Canada has announced that Brown will be disqualified from the leadership race due to a "serious allegation of fraud."
