Glenford Johnson was charged with possession of a restricted/prohibited firearm, knowing the possession was not authorized. Possession of a prohibited device; Possession in a disorderly manner; Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for trafficking purposes. He was charged with four counts for disobeying the release order and assault with intent to resist.
He was taken into custody for a bail hearing.
According to Durham County Police Department. The suspect, George Tudos, is "well known to the police."
