Club management posted a notice on social media, stating that the incident occurred at a nearby business and did not involve Roxy staff or patrons. Despite this, the club is closed on Sunday nights.
A patron praised her Roxy staff for successfully rescuing everyone after violence erupted outside.
Vancouver Police said, ``Several people are hospitalized with serious injuries, including an armed suspect shot by VPD officers...
is not in danger," he said.
