Washington — US President Joe Byden has signed a National Security Memorandum to Fight Illegal Fishing, U.S. Government officials said Said on Monday.
Officials instruct reporters at the briefing that the memorandum directs U.S. agencies to work with international partners to crack down on illegal fishing, and China will take steps against that practice. He said he was responsible. (Report by Michael Martina and David Brunnstrom)
