The BILD Awards honor the people and businesses that make up GTA
June 22nd, GTA Building The development industry has gathered at the BILD Awards for designing, constructing, marketing and selling excellence in GTA's new homes.
As always, there was excitement and inspiration in the air when we celebrated the notable people and dynamic businesses that are shaping the region. In the limited space of this column, only a handful can be mentioned, but for a complete list,www.bildawards.comにアクセスすることをお勧めします。
Diamond Corp CEO Stephen Diamond is the highest honor that BILD can award to its members. Received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Diamond is a valuable resource for BILD and a visionary industry leader who has generously contributed to many community organizations. In 2019, he was jointly appointed chair of Waterfront Toronto by all three levels of government.
Tridel was named Mid / High Rise Home Builder of the Year and Brookfield Residential was named Low Rise Home Builder of the Year. This category recognizes builders who set the standard for the rest of the industry through their professionalism and dedication to excellence.
Tridel has also won the Green Builder of the Year, Mid / High-Rise title, the 11th time since 2010, and the Green Builder of the Year Award. SEAN. He was named the Green Builder of the Year, Low-Rise.
Canary Landing, a collaborative project by BILD members Dream Asset Management Corp., Kilmer Group, and Tricon Residential, has been named the Best New Community in Planning / Development. King George School Lofts and Town Homes, a new market development by The Rose Corporation, has been named the Built's Best Community.
The Project of the Year Mid-High Award was awarded to Menkes Development for the Vaughan Grand Festival Project, and the Project of the Year Low-Rise Award was given. , Presented to Menkes Development. I went to Bloom in Seaton, a townhouse development by Matami Homes. Bloom in Seaton also won the People's Choice Award, which was voted on by the general public.
BentallGreenOak Residential (BGO) recognizes bold action against DE&I across corporate teams and housing assets, BILD diversity, fairness&inclusion (DE&I) Received the award. National Homes received the Angelo DelZotto Fearless Innovator Award for its pioneering manufacture and use of Panergy Wall Solutions, a building exterior system with low carbon dioxide emissions. Greenwin was awarded the Stephen Dupuis Corporate Social Responsibility Award for its commitment to community safety, food security, empowerment and connectivity.
In2ition Realty founder and CEO Debbie Cosic received the Ignat Kaneff Inspiration Award this year for his industry expert leadership and philanthropic work for community organizations. Julie DiLorenzo, President of Diamante Urban Corporation, was awarded the Riley Brethour Leadership Award for his outstanding professional achievements and leadership in the industry.
