The City of Bramptonstates that it will offer free certification courses to anyone who wants to be a lifeguard or swimming instructor in the city.
The city said it is offering a free aquatic certification course for people over the age of 14 who have "successfully evaluated their initial skills."

According to the city, aquatic certification can lead to employment in the city as a lifeguard or swimming instructor.
"Individuals over the age of 14 are invited to undergo a skill assessment to assess their swimming ability and qualify for a certification program," the city said in a news release. ..
