Drover told OLG he’s been regularly playing the lottery since he was of legal age to purchase tickets.

“I always say yes to ENCORE,” said Drover. “This is my biggest win so far.”

The lottery winner discovered his big win when he was at the store.

“I had to take a closer look. I was caught off guard. I told my family and they’re so happy for me.”

Drover says his plans include buying a motorcycle and a jaunt to the East Coast.

“I always hoped there would be a winning ticket with my name on it. It’s pretty sweet – it feels good,” he told OLG.

Drover’s winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Speers Road in Oakville.
