Officers executed search warrants for storage lockers, vehicles and hotel rooms believed to be used by the two men.

Police also carried 12-gauge shotguns, SKS rifles, .22 rifles, ammunition, crossbows, knives, cutting agents, scales, and firearms on 26th and 33rd Streets N.E. Seized stolen items, including driver's licenses and other identification documents. Police also seized 1.1 kilograms of methamphetamine and 472 grams of fentanyl.

Darcy Garnett Zelmer, 37 faces 29 charges related to possession of a firearm, violation of a previous court order, possession of drugs intended for human trafficking, and possession of criminal proceeds. Zelmer is in police custody and is due to appear in court on Friday.

Natalia Ann Niles, 22, is facing four charges on her part, including possession of drugs for trafficking purposes and violation of a release order. Niles appeared in court on Monday.
