According to police, each incident was an attempted theft and several people were attacked by dogs.
The first incident occurred around 2:48 am in the areas of Third Street and Lakeshore Boulevard West. Police said the driver was a dog when a man ordered Uber and it picked him up.
Police said the suspect had fled by car and the driver was seriously injured.
