OTTAWA — In a Sept. 28 story on a group of Black civil servants accusing the federal government of racism, The Canadian Press erroneously reported the group submitted a complaint to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. In fact, the complaint was filed to the special rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism for the UN Human Rights Council, which replaced the commission in 2006.
