COVID-19 update: Hospitalizations keep rising as Quebec reports two deaths

The number of patients in Quebec hospitals with COVID-19 has gone up by more than 200 in the last 10 days.

Quebec announced on Tuesday that two more deaths had been attributed to COVID-19, bringing its death toll to 17,327.

The province also announced that 1,876 patients were hospitalized with COVID-19 — an increase of 63 since the last time such data was published.

COVID-19 hospitalizations in Quebec have increased by more than 200 in the last 10 days.

Of those patients, 51 are in intensive care — a decrease of one.
