Police are seeking civilian assistance in finding shelters inToronto.
Toronto police are searching for the last 55-year-old Martin Jahn Blitz to be seen on Dowling Avenue and King Street West at 11:38 pm on Sunday.
A deserter is a person who is detained in a psychiatric facility but is "absent without vacation."
According to police, he is 5 feet 9 inches tall and heavier.
Jean Brit was seen wearing a blue hat, blue shirt, black trousers, and white shoes.

Police said Jambritt is currently bound by the guarantee of Form 49's commitment.

Form 49 is when it turns out that no one is criminally liable for a court indictment. Published by the Ontario Review Board.
Police said in 2016 that they were found not to be criminally liable for the two counts of sexual assault.
Police are worried about his safety.
"If you find one, stay away and call 9-1-1 immediately," the police officer said in a news release.
