Durham cops seek suspect after six shot in Ajax

Durham Reginal Police need help tracking down a suspect who shot six people in Ajax last month, sending the victims to hospital.

They are hoping the public can help identify a vehicle and occupants.

Police believe there were multiple shooters.

Police located five shot people and one more showed up at a Toronto hospital with a gunshot wound.

Three men and three women were shot and are now listed in stable comdition.

Police believe a suspect was at a customer appreciation party and was involved in a verbal altercation and left the restaurant only to return and shoot the victims.

The only description of the suspect is male who was believed to drive a dark four-door vehicle.

Durham police are also investigating after shots were fired on Telford St. in Ajax on Thursday, Sept. 22, at 3:30 a.m.

Police say a number of shots had been fired at a home, but there were no injuries

There is no suspect description, but police are looking for a light-colored sedan that was seen in the area during the shooting.
