The Edmonton Police Service say they made an arrest in a shooting investigation dating back to last September.
In a news release, EPS said a man found in Ontario was arrested regarding the September shooting on Whyte Avenue.
At the time, police said a woman in her 20s was shot and taken to hospital, privately prompting a lockdown of the hospital until police deemed it safe.

A news conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday. A staff sergeant from the EPS guns and gangs section will speak on the matter.
