Paris — France has returned 35 French children and 16 mothers from a refugee camp in northeastern Syria. The ministry said on Tuesday.
Last month, the United Nations Human Rights Agency announced that 306,887 civilians had been killed during a conflict in Syria since March 2011. This is about 1.5% of the prewar population.
