A fire destroyed a warehouse building Friday afternoon at the Ontario Speed Skating Oval in Lakefield, Ontario.
At approximately 2:15 pm, firefighters from Selwyn Township were called to the scene on Lakefield Road,and a grass firespread to a warehouse on the road. I found that property.
Firefighters managed to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to another adjacent building.

His OPP of Peterborough County was also called to the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
