Greg Feltak's trial on the murder of his wife was postponed until 2023

The trial of a man accused ofprimary murder of his estranged wifeis expected to continue until the New Year.

The admission decision was scheduled for Wednesday morning, January 12, 2023.

The postponement of the minutes date is due to a transcript delay.

Greg Fell Tuckwas charged with murdering Sherry Feltuck in 2015 in June 2019.

Shelley was last seen to leave his family's farm to carry gravel in December 2015 in Kenaston, Saskatoon, about 85 km south of Saskatoon.

Her body has never been found.

In January, a court heard that Feltac had told police officers that he had dropped a rifle on Bigger, Saskatchewan, after shooting Sherry.

Fertuck did not ask the gun expert the specific question he wanted during his April testimony to a lawyer on Wednesday.

"I know a lot about guns and ammunition," Fertuck said.

Danyiluk told Fertuck, "You are not helping yourself here," while standing in court and continuing to speak.
