Halifax Regional Police said they had charged a man in connection with being stabbed in downtown Halifax on Wednesday.
In a recent release, police said police reported that a person was injured at around 2:45 pm. Located on Kunard Street, 5000 blocks.
"The policeman found an 18-year-old man who was stabbed by another man known to him," read the release.
"The suspect escaped from the area on foot before the police arrived."

Police said the victims He said he was taken to the hospital with a life-threatening injury.
Around 5 pm that day, 29-year-old Daniel Angus Ryan was arrested without incident, police said.

Ryan appeared in the Halifax District Court on Thursday for weapons assault, weighted assault, and dangerous weapons for the public. ..
