'Hero' mom stops brutal ax, machete attack on Brampton real estate agent

But this is not a movie. It's real, it's what happened in Brampton, and residents are shocked by the level of violence being displayed here.

Mayor Patrick Brown called the vicious 4th of August machete and ax attack on a Brampton real estate agent and 'Voice of the Common Man' podcaster an 'attempted murder' and accused the victims of Kudos to Joti Singh Mann's mother for stopping a barbaric assault. Worse.

Several arrests were made in that case, and warrants were issued for other arrests. In Brampton, Munn, better known as a media personality on his own podcast, had150 stitches and amputated his big toe. He is recovering in hospital. The motive behind this heinous ambush is unknown, but police are tracking many clues, including a threatening phone call to his show live just three days before the attack.
