Filion made headlines last week when he announced his departure from Hydro-Québec. That announcement, coming just a few weeks after Hydro-Québec CEO Sophie Brochu announced she would be leaving the Crown corporation, sparked speculation over what direction the company will take. Filion ends his association with Hydro-Québec Feb. 17 and begins work at Bombardier Feb. 20.
