Police on Cockburn Road in Perth on Tuesday night. Received complaints about golf carts speeding loudly.
The vehicle was spotted by officers conducting a RIDE check on him at his nearby Conlon farm shortly after 9:30 pm. The Lanark County detachment of the Ontario Police Department said
that one of his crew members fled on foot and another of his, unidentified, was arrested at the scene. Police said.
A 52-year-old man was charged with performing surgery while incapacitated and having a blood alcohol concentration of over 80 mg per 100 ml of blood in him.
He is scheduled to appear in Perth on 26 September.
