Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire An abandoned house at the western end at the beginning of Saturday.
The Ottawa Fire Department was contacted shortly before 7am by a passerby who reported black smoke coming from a building on March Road between March Court and Dun Robin Road.
It was reported that smoke was seen coming out of windows and front doors.
Upon arriving at the scene, the firefighters began looking for possible residents while extinguishing the fire.
The crew confirmed that no one was inside and put out the fire.
No injuries have been reported.
