The Ladies Gaelic Football Association of Ireland recognizes transgender players

The team's policy on inclusiveness states that players "may play for the team they know best in training and games without restrictions."

However, since Na Gaeil Aercha's lopsided victory over his Na Fianna, the LGFA is working to develop a new policy regarding transgender athletes in matches.

Sports his writer Ewan MacKenna first tweeted about his Valentino, how dangerous it is for a biological male to compete with his teenage girl pointed out.

He later defended himself, writing: If clubs do not endanger the health and safety of young girls and women seeking inclusion, I will tweet about it. I couldn't and wouldn't."

Valentino's age is unknown, but she said in a 2021 panel interview that she had been playing the sport for "over 30 years." Reported by Reduxx.
