Jerry Hall filed for a divorce from Billionaire's husband Rupert Murdoch on Friday, and six years after the two married, "cannot be reconciled." "Difference" was mentioned.
The 66-year-old model, in a filing with a California court, asked 91-year-old media mogul Murdoch for unspecified spouse support and legal fees.
In a petition filed with the Los Angeles High Court, Hall said, "We are not aware of the full nature and scope of all (Murdock's) assets and liabilities, and once the information is confirmed, this petition I will revise the book. "
She also asked the court to terminate her ability to support Murdoch.
Hall's lawyer, Ronald Broto, did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for comment. Murdoch's statutory agent was unable to contact you outside business hours.
Murdoch and Hall married in March 2016 at a modest ceremony at Spencer House in central London. This was Murdoch's fourth marriage.
The New York Times reported in June that the expected divorce is unlikely to change the ownership structure of the business in which he invests.
News Corp, the publisher of The Wall Street Journal by Murdoch, chairman of Fox Corp, the parent company of Fox News Channel, has about 40 voting shares in each company through a family trust based in Reno, Nevada. I own a% stake.
