Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcomed their second child via surrogacy.
The 38-year-old reality TV star and her 31-year-old basketball player - who split up again in January - welcomed a younger brother to their 4-year-old daughter, True.
Khloe's rep confirmed the happy news to her PEOPLE, but didn't share other details.
Khloe and Tristan started dating in 2016. and welcomed True in 2018.
They separated in June 2021, then reunited and ended their relationship again in January.
The surrogacy news was announced last month, and a spokeswoman said:
"Chloe is very grateful to our extraordinary representative for giving us such a beautiful blessing. We would like to ask for your kindness and privacy so that Chloe can devote herself to her family."
Tristan also has 5-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig and 8-month-old son Theo with Malalie Nichols.
Khloe has previously revealed that she had complications during True's pregnancy and she had been warned by doctors about the dangers to the baby if she got pregnant again. .
She said: "I'm not going to go into detail on camera, but they said I had an 80% chance of having a miscarriage.
``This is really shocking to me. It's just about bringing love, but it seems to face more and more obstacles... It's really hard to digest."
