Kingston Police are seeking help from the public in their search for a missing teenage girl.
Kyla Fraser, 16, was last seen leaving Kingston General Hospital on August 12.

180 lbs, medium build, shoulder-length brown hair, brown eyes, a scar on his left arm, and a piercing scar on the left side of his nose. Police say Fraser may have traveled to Ottawa, though he is known to be in and out frequently.
