Kingston – Kingston Police in October, We have released a security camera image of a man who is trying to identify and talk to him in connection with the murder case.
Police station serious crime department investigators were two of Ottawa's Nico Joseph Subriere and Carl Allen Delphi before the man was killed. I believe I was with a man. October 16th.
Images captured Subrière and Delphin men at various times in the same afternoon when they were killed.
The man the police are looking for is described as a black man, 25-40 years old, about 6 feet 2 inches (188 centimeters) tall and weighing about 275 pounds (125 kilograms).
Police said they did not believe the man was from Kingston and said that "other aspects of the investigation led us to that belief."
More than a week ago, Kingston police generally sued information related to the murder. This is the ministry's first update on the incident since October 26th.
