Kinshasa — Democratic Republic of the Congo President Felix Tshisekedi and Rwanda's counterpart Paul Kagame will meet this week in Angola's capital, Luangda, with two Democratic Republic of the Congo officials and Rwandan officials. One person said on Monday.
The meeting is likely to take place on Tuesday or Wednesday, officials who do not want to be named said.
Both countries have been in diplomatic loggerheads since the M23 rebel group resumed fighting the Congolese forces near the Rwandan border, east of the country.
