Libya talks in Geneva ended Thursday without sufficient progress towards the election, UN Libya adviser Stephanie Williams said in a statement.
"There continues to be disagreement over the eligibility requirements for candidates in the first presidential election," Williams said, adding that he would make recommendations for future alternatives. (Report by Angus McDowall, edited by Toby Chopra)
