They say one of the men — 19-year-old Tenzin Rinchen — died at the scene.

The other man was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police say a suspect was arrested on Sept. 19 and charged with weapons offences, but their investigation has now led them to charge him with murder and attempted murder.

The suspect was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
