In another pedestrian hit and run, Abbotsford police are looking for a driver who injured a woman on Sept. 20
A 60-year-old man has died in hospital after a hit-and-run crash in Delta early Tuesday morning.
Police were called to the pedestrian collision in the intersection of 112th Street and 80th Avenue shortly after 6:30 a.m. The man was left with serious injuries and died after being rushed to hospital by paramedics.

“The vehicle and driver involved in the collision had left the scene before police arrival,” but the driver has since come forward and is co-operating, said Delta police in release.
Police say the man’s family have been notified.

Abbotsford police seek witnesses to Sept. 20 hit and run
Police in Abbotsford are also seeking witnesses to a hit and run that left a 21-year-old woman with serious injuries.
The woman was hit just before 5 a.m. on Sept. 20 while walking on a sidewalk on George Ferguson Way at Nelson Place. Nearby surveillance footage shows a dark sedan hit the woman before fleeing.
She was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash-cam footage in the area around that time is asked to call Abbotsford police at 604-859-5225.
