"The scene where the investigator said the man was lying in the middle of the travel part of the road when he almost missed the car hitting him," Const said. Monika Terragni of the Comox Valley RCMP said.
"The driver of the vehicle activated the hazard light by pulling it to the side of the road to warn the driver of another oncoming vehicle. Unfortunately, one of the approaching drivers One saw the man lying on the road and hit him. "

Police are investigating, but why the man was on the road? There is no reason.
"At this point, I don't know what the man was doing in the middle of the road," Terragni said.
"We will continue our investigation and work with BC Coroners Services to identify all the factors leading up to the death of this man."
