Following a Peterborough police investigation, a Selwyn Township man has been charged with numerous charges ofweapons.

Police say on June 22, a member of the street crime unit found the man alone and chased him down a path in the areas of Nassau Mills Road and Armor Road. Police officers found a man with a compound bow and arrow just outside the path in the bush. The accused was detained without incident.
