Minor injuries for cyclist, none for baby passenger, in Gatineau collision

A female cyclist received minor injuries, but her baby was unhurt, when their bicycle was in a collision with an SUV in Gatineau on Thursday, Gatineau police said.

An online post by the police service said the collision had occurred at the intersection of Boulevard des Technologies and Boulevard des Hautes Plaines in the north end of the city.

The cyclist and the baby were both “doing well,” police said, adding the mother was taken to hospital for treatment.
