Watch out, Colorado.

Two months into the season, the Boston Bruins are the best team in hockey. And according to BetOnline.ag, they are now the co-favourites to win the Stanley Cup.

Back on October 6, a Bruins team that was missing Brad Marchand and Charlie McAvoy were a 25/1 long shot to go all the way. A month later, with Marchand in the lineup, they improved to 10/1. Now, with McAvoy also back and the team still having not lost more than three games all year, their odds are a favourable 11/2.

Don’t be surprised if those odds continue to improve.

The Bruins seem to have it all. David Pastrnak leads the team with 14 goals, but six others have six or more goals. They’ve got the second-best power play, the second-best penalty kill. They’re getting great goaltending from Linus Ullmark, who has a .935 save percentage.

And they are the only team yet to lose at home.

The New Jersey Devils, who have the same number of points as the Bruins, also improved from 35/1 to 8/1. So did Vegas (14/1 to 8/1), Dallas (35/1 to 22/1) and Winnipeg (66/1 to 25/1).
