VIENNA (AP) — Top negotiators on new talks to revive the 2015 Iran nuclear deal were optimistic on Sunday that a deal could be reached. impose limits on uranium enrichment in Tehran, which has proven to be a target.

Negotiators from Iran, the United States and the European Union resumed indirect talks on Tehran's battered nuclear deal on Thursday.
