Niagara man facing murder charges for deadly St. Catharines puncture wounds

A 28-year-old man faces a second murder after suffering a fatal puncture wound in St. Catharines on Thursday night.

The Niagara Regional Police (NRPS) believe that an incident involving two men occurred around 9 pm. Located in the Old Pine Trail and Vine Street areas.

"When police arrived, they found an adult man who was injured and had no vital signs. The 29-year-old man was sentenced to die shortly afterwards," said an NRPS spokesman. Said in an email.
