All England Club first round at Wimbledon Following his victory, Nick Kirios was fined $ 10,000 for non-sportsman-like behavior.
Kyrgios, who was fined Thursday, admitted that he spit in the direction of the fans at the stand shortly after winning the match against Paul Jub in England.
Australians said fans were verbally abusing him throughout the match on Tuesday. Kyrgios won 3-6, 6-1, 7-5, 6-7 (3), 7-5.
"Today, as soon as I won the match, I turned to him," Kyrgios later said. "I've been working on hatred and negativity for a long time, so I feel like I'm not liable to that person."

Kyrgios, 27, said he asked for fans to leave during the match.
"He literally went to the match as if no one literally supported him," Kyrgios said. "It was just agitation and contempt. That's fine, but if I give it back to you, that's exactly it."
Kyrgios went on to the third round of the tournament. .. He will face Greece's fourth-seeded Stefanos Tsitsipas on Saturday.
