Nova Scotia NDP officially approves Claudia Cender as new leader

Nova Scotia NDPhas officially elected a new leader at a party tournament in Harifax.

Claudia Chender, who was not opposed after the online party voting that started last Monday, officially won the title.

A 45-year-old former lawyer was first elected in 2017 to represent Dartmouth South riding.
