His 80-year-old man fell into the Ottawa River earlier this week life.
A man fell off a boat near his Cumberland ferry on Tuesday, according to Ottawa police.

"One of his passengers, an off-duty lifeguard, donned his Life jacket and entered the water to rescue him," he said, OPS said. "With the help of other passengers, he was put on the ferry."
